We are a family run business, letting commercial property across Leeds and Rotherham since 1989. Three trading estates, 41 units, one team looking after all of them.
Units run from 250 to 16,000 sq ft, so there is room for a one-person studio and for a business that needs a large industrial bay with loading access.

Yes. We own and manage all three estates ourselves, and we have done since 1989. There is no managing agent in between, so when you ring you speak to the people responsible for the building.
